Reconnection Mechanism
Function description: When the device is in TCP_Client/MQTT mode, this mechanism can be enabled to protect traffic.

In order to ensure that the ZHL4921 is always online, it will continue to try to establish a connection, which will cause unnecessary traffic consumption. When disconnected, ZHL4921 will first try to connect according to the "reconnection times". If the connection is still not confirmed, ZHL4921 will enter the waiting state, and the waiting time is the set "interval between reconnection tasks". After the waiting time expires, ZHL4921 will try to establish a connection again.
