  1. Open My Computer-Control Panel-Device Manager-Port

You need to uninstall the original driver (right-click to uninstall or there will be uninstall files in the driver folder, double-click to uninstall), restart the computer and install again. The reason for the unsuccessful installation: It may be the driver version error, or the operation error. Please download the driver for the corresponding system.
  4. After the driver is installed, a virtual com port will appear in the device manager port. If the com slogan is greater than or equal to 7, please modify the com slogan to a number less than 7.
